Exchanges and returns

If you wish to make an exchange or refund of an item purchased at www.platadepalo.com, you can do so within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

Your products must be in the same condition that they were delivered, along with the parts, the packaging and a copy of the invoice or a piece of paper with the order number in order to identify it. Along with the returned items, you must include your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return in the package) and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your return.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once its condition has been verified, the corresponding amount will be paid if the jewel is in perfect condition. Otherwise, the customer will be offered to fix the part if it is defective or refund the amount if the part has arrived in poor condition and has not been broken or damaged by the buyer.

The options we offer for changes and returns:

If it is a size change: when you return it you have to tell us by mail the size you want.

If it is an exchange of a product that you have purchased for a different product: generate a personalized code for the total amount of your purchase or the parts that you want to exchange so that you can exchange it for another product that has the same or higher price. If it is higher, you should pay the difference.

If it is a return: refund the amount of the parts you want to return.

Once we have received the pieces, we will proceed to make any of the options you choose.
