DELIVERY TIME
-Since all pieces are handcrafted one by one especially for you, sometimes the delivery time can take up to 15 days. In this case, we will inform you when we receive your order.
CARE
-Silver Pieces: Clean gently with a toothbrush dipped in warm water and soap for delicate clothes. You can also use the chamois that you will receive with your order. In no case use chemical products.
-Gold-plated pieces: Use the chamois that you will receive with your order. Moisten it with warm water and neutral soap if the jewel is very dirty.
-Leather: It is not recommended to wet it. Use a Nivea type cream a couple of times a year to keep the leather hydrated.
-Resins: They do not require any special care.
-Zircons / Crystals: They do not require any special care.

Quisiera saber si la pulsera de hombre Lolland con base de bronce y hilos de plata se puede mojar. Gracias

Ninguna joya en general es recomendable mojarla.
Te indico los cuidados de nuestras joyas según el material de composición:
-Piezas de Plata: Limpia suavemente con un cepillo de dientes mojado con agua tibia y jabón para ropa delicada. También puedes usar la gamuza que recibirás con tu pedido. En ningún caso utilices productos químicos.
-Piezas bañadas en Oro: Usa la gamuza que recibirás con tu pedido. Humedécelo con agua tibia y jabón neutro si la joya está muy sucia.
-Cuero: No es recomendable mojarlo. Usa una crema tipo Nivea un par de veces al año para mantener el cuero hidratado.
-Resinas: No requieren de ningún cuidado especial.
-Circonitas / Cristales: No requieren de ningún cuidado especial.
