DELIVERY TIME
-Since all pieces are handcrafted one by one especially for you, sometimes the delivery time can take up to 15 days. In this case, we will inform you when we receive your order.
CARE
-Silver Pieces: Clean gently with a toothbrush dipped in warm water and soap for delicate clothes. You can also use the chamois that you will receive with your order. In no case use chemical products.
-Gold-plated pieces: Use the chamois that you will receive with your order. Moisten it with warm water and neutral soap if the jewel is very dirty.
-Leather: It is not recommended to wet it. Use a Nivea type cream a couple of times a year to keep the leather hydrated.
-Resins: They do not require any special care.
-Zircons / Crystals: They do not require any special care.

Hoe meer ik voor de juiste maat? Ik heb al een armband van platadepalo. Meet ik de volledige armband? Groeten

Bedankt voor uw aanvraag. Om de maat te weten van de armband die je moet kopen, moet je je pols opmeten en de bijbehorende maat in centimeters kopen.

Hola! Me llamo Berna Tengo una pulsera desde hace bastantes años , con la imagen de J. Carson Por favor, me podríais aconsejar cómo puedo recuperar el cuero ? Ya que no me la he quitado para nada …… muchísimas gracias

Gracias por tu consulta. El cuero no es recomendable mojarlo. Lo mejor es que uses una crema tipo Nivea un par de veces al año para mantenerlo hidratado.
